Yesterday, His Excellency President Devin Purcell ODC of the Penn Federal Republic initiated a new award, titled the Order of Foreign Service, abbreviated to OFS.
The Order of Foreign Service was given to Matthew Hubbard, His Excellency Matthew Laptev, and HIM Christina I for their services to the nation.
